Create ongoing buzz around the Yeezy concept, aiming for 100% sell-through targets.
Description
For every drop not only defining and coordinating the mechanism with the own retail but also with the selected wholesalers. This goes further and dictating how every entity deals with the consumers so there is a holistic approach and create as much value for the Yeezy franchise but also for the adidas brand.
Challenge
Compelling launch architecture of the Yeezy concept: balancing global direction with a tailored local approach, including ongoing change mechanism and entertainment marketing.
Results
Outstanding sell through results and excelling the internal KPIs which led to more global allocation for Japan.
